With my freshman year behind me and nothing to show for documentation, it's time for a change.
Here is my year in a nutshell.
Homework. Boys. Friends. Ambassadors. Junk food. Mission calls and engagements. Vacations.
That's about it. I'm exciting, really. You just have to know me.
I'm currently at Snow College. I know it's summer semester but I'm retaking anatomy to get a better grade. I need to get my GPA up so I can get my scholarship back. It's a huge stressor, but since I'm not doing anything else... All I do is study. And apparently blog. But if I didn't get a break, I'd go nuts. So currently, I'm jamming out the the Disney station on Pandora and blogging. I really want to get a group together next year and go to Disneyland for spring break. I think I can get this to happen. If not, I'll just go by myself. Muhaha.
I sat down myself and asked, what are you doing with your life? You don't want to get married, at the moment (it is definitely in the cards, no worries), and you don't feel like a mission is what you need to be doing. I just felt stuck. I was glad to find out that I'm not alone. There are plenty of girls out there just like me. I'm not alone in this.
My current background on my lock screen is a quote. It states, "what if I fall? oh, my darling, what if you fly?" My take on this is to let nothing stand in my way of who I want to become and who I am. I am a beautiful daughter of God, and deserve to be treated as such. It took me almost a year to realize that fact, but now that I have, nothing will ever change that.
I am a girl worth fighting for.
There is my token Disney quote.
Loves.
